Glow little candles

A birthday without you,

glow little candles in the cool

of the night,

burn as bright as you can

let them be seen

by Kurt who would have left nineteen to

become a man

glow little candles glow

give us the strength to know that

our love for Kurt

reaches his soul

let him smile down at us

whilst we stream love

upward to him

love for you Kurt

is encased in our hearts

unable to be taken

the gift of love

overpowers all
